Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to notify us of this return request, including the reason for your return. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a shipping label. Place the item/s you would like to return in its original packaging with the provided shipping label attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 24-48 business hours to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been received and processed.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To exchange an item, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to notify us of this exchange and confirm availability of the item/size you are exchanging for. Once your exchange has been approved, we will ship the requested item to your original shipping address with return packaging for the original item ordered.
